Affiliate Program privacy

Version 0.1.1, November 1, 2026. This page covers affiliates.conductscience.com and go.conductscience.com, run by Conduct Science, Inc., 5250 Old Orchard Rd, Suite 300, Skokie, IL 60077. Everything else follows the ConductScience privacy policy.

If you click a link

• We count clicks by code, day and destination. The count holds no name, email or IP address.
• The link saves its referral code in a cookie named cs_ref for 90 days, so that a sign-up in that time earns the commission.
• Global Privacy Control keeps that cookie off. So does saying no to advertising cookies on conductscience.com. In the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the UK and Switzerland, the cookie stays off unless you said yes. When it stays off, the product you land on saves no code either.
• The page you land on also receives the code in its address, in tags that start with utm_.

If you sign up or buy through a link

• The product sends us your account's ID, your email and the amounts you pay, so we can work out the commission.
• Our staff can see this. The person who shared the link sees only counts, dates, products and amounts.

If you join the program

• We keep your name, email, country, application answers, the terms version you accepted, your code, and your clicks, sign-ups, commissions and payments.
• We use them to run the program, pay you, answer you and meet tax and accounting rules.

Who else handles this data

• Stripe collects identity, bank and tax details from people we pay through it, under its own privacy policy.
• Resend delivers the program's emails, and Vercel hosts this site.
• You sign in with your ConductScience account, which the ConductScience privacy policy covers.

How long we keep it

We keep commission and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep click totals with no end date. These records stay when you leave the program.
