Affiliate Program terms

Version 0.2.0, November 1, 2026. Between you and Conduct Science, Inc., 5250 Old Orchard Rd, Suite 300, Skokie, IL 60077 ("we").

Your role

You share links to ConductCognition and earn commissions. These terms do not make you our employee or agent, and you cannot sign or promise anything for us.

Who can join

• You must be at least 18 and apply with your own ConductScience account.
• You cannot join while you work for a hospital or a government agency, unless we invite you. Staff at a public university can join, unless they work at its hospital.
• If you buy or help choose research software or equipment for your employer, your commission comes as credit toward your lab's orders or plans instead of cash.
• You are responsible for following your employer's rules on outside work and on disclosing conflicts.
• We may decline any application.

What you earn

• You earn 25% of what a new ConductCognition account pays us, before tax, in the 12 months after it signs up through your link.
• The account must be new to ConductCognition, and the person must sign up within 90 days of clicking your link.
• We credit the last link we recorded before sign-up, and the account then stays with that link. We cannot credit a click we did not record, such as one on another device or with the cookie off.
• You earn nothing on your own account or on purchases by anyone at your institution.

When you are paid

• A commission clears 30 days after the customer pays, unless we hold it for review.
• We pay each month, in US dollars, once your cleared commissions reach $100. A smaller amount carries over to the next month.
• We apply lab credit to your lab's next order or plan on the same schedule.
• A refund takes back the commission on the refunded amount, including from later earnings.
• In the United States we pay through Stripe. Before your first payment you give Stripe your identity, bank and tax details on Stripe's own pages, and you accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement there. Outside the United States we agree a way to pay you by email.
• We report payments as the law requires. You are responsible for your own taxes.
• We review purchases that may come from your institution, and purchases by government customers. We may hold the commission while we review it, and we decide within 60 days of the customer's payment. We cancel it if the purchase came from your institution, if the customer's rules do not allow a commission, or if it breaks these terms.

Rules you agree to

• Every time you share your link, say that you earn a commission, in words people will notice.
• Describe ConductCognition accurately, and claim only what you can back up.
• Do not buy through your own link, or pay or reward anyone to use it.
• Do not buy search ads on the ConductScience or ConductCognition names.
• Do not send spam.
• Use sample data in screen recordings and demonstrations. Never show real participants, children or patients.
• Use our names and logos only to promote this program, and stop when we ask.

What we share with you

Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, dates and amounts. We do not tell you who signed up or who paid. Your link can save your referral code in a cookie where the law and the visitor's choices allow it. The privacy page has the details.

Ending or changing this agreement

Either of us can end this agreement at any time. When it ends, you stop earning, even on accounts that already signed up through your link. We pay commissions already earned once they clear, even under $100, unless you broke these terms.

We may change these terms or the commission rate. A change gets a new version on this page and applies to customer payments made after that version's date. We email you before a change takes effect, and if you do not accept it you can end this agreement.

Limits on what we promise

• We do not promise any level of earnings, or that a link, this site or a product will always work.
• As far as the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits or for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability under these terms is limited to the commissions you earned in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and disputes

The laws of the State of Illinois and of the United States govern these terms. If we cannot settle a dispute by email, it goes to the state and federal courts of Cook County, Illinois, and we both agree to those courts.

These terms are our whole agreement about the program. If a court sets aside one part, the rest still applies.
