Promotion guide
What to say about ConductCognition, where to share your link and how to say you earn a commission. The terms have the full rules.
What to say
You can say:
- ConductCognition runs cognitive tests online.
- A researcher chooses the tests and sends each participant a private link.
- Every session is scored, and invalid sessions are flagged with the reason.
- Every account gets 10 free participants.
- New labs that sign up through a link get 25 extra free participants.
Say what you have seen yourself. If you have not used it, say so. Do not promise results, accuracy or time saved.
Posts you can copy
If your lab runs cognitive tests, ConductCognition lets you send each participant a private link and get scored results. Every account gets 10 free participants. I earn a commission if you sign up through this link and buy: [your link]
I teach research methods, and students ask how to run a cognitive test online. ConductCognition is one way to do it. I earn a commission if you sign up through this link and buy: [your link]
Change the words so they sound like you. Keep the sentence about the commission.
Where to share your link
- Your own site, newsletter, channel or profile.
- Video descriptions, and on screen in the video.
- Talks, posters and workshops, with the QR code on your dashboard.
- Course pages you run yourself.
Do not email people who did not ask to hear from you. Do not post your link where a group's rules forbid it. Purchases by anyone at your own institution earn nothing.
How to say you earn a commission
Say it every time, in words people will notice, close to the link.
- In a post: "I earn a commission if you sign up through this link and buy." Put it before any "more" cutoff.
- In a video: say it out loud, show it on screen and repeat it in the description.
- On a poster or slide: print it beside the QR code.
- If you post a video we paid for: say that ConductScience paid you, and use the platform's paid partnership label if it has one.
Ads
- You can pay to promote your own posts and videos. The ad must say that you earn a commission.
- Do not buy search ads on ConductScience, ConductCognition or misspellings of those names.
- Do not use our names in a web address, account name or ad that could look like it comes from us.
- We do not pay for ads you run.
What you post
- Keep a post that carries your link up for at least 6 months, and take it down if we ask. Stories and other posts that expire on their own are fine.
- Use sample data in screen recordings. Never show real participants, children or patients.
- Do not promote a competing product in a post that carries your link.
- You keep what you make. We may share your public posts about the program on our own site and channels.
