Your link earns 25% of what a lab new to ConductCognition pays in the 12 months after it signs up.
We also pay $200 to $500 for each short science video we accept, agreed by email before you start. You do not need followers, because we can run your video as an ad.

Lab credit instead of cash
If you buy or help choose research software or equipment for your employer, what you earn comes as lab credit. We apply it to your lab's next order or plan.

How we pay
They sign up
Within 90 days of clicking your link, or by typing your referral code.
They pay
Your dashboard shows the amount as pending, with no name beside it.
It clears
30 days after the lab pays, unless we hold it for review. A refund takes back the commission on it.
We pay you
Once a month through Stripe, when your cleared commissions reach $100. A smaller amount carries over.
The terms in short
Your link
- You earn
- 25% of what a lab new to ConductCognition pays in the 12 months after it signs up, while you stay in the program.
- Which labs count
- A lab that signs up within 90 days of clicking your link, or types your referral code. Your own lab and others at your institution do not count.
- When we pay
- Each month, once your cleared commissions reach $100. A commission clears 30 days after the lab pays, or later if we need to check it.
- How we pay
- Through Stripe. If Stripe cannot pay you yet, or cannot pay you where you live, we agree another way by email. What you earn comes as lab credit instead of cash if you buy or help choose research software or equipment for your employer.
- Your part
- Say that you earn a commission each time you share your link.
- Ending
- Either of us can end the agreement at any time. From then on you earn nothing new, even from labs already signed up through you. We still pay what you earned before then once it clears, even under $100, unless you broke the terms.
Videos
- Video fee
- $200 to $500 for each video we accept, agreed by email before you start.
- When we pay
- With the next monthly payment after we accept the video. The $100 minimum is for commissions only.
- Rights
- You own the video. For 12 months after we accept it, unless our email says otherwise, we may edit it and use it in our marketing and ads. After that we make no new ads with it, but posts already up can stay.
- Your part
- You do not have to post a video yourself unless our email asks. If you post one, say that we paid you.
Who can join, and the rules
Who can join
- Researchers, clinicians, teachers, students, lab staff and science communicators.
- It is fine if you work for a hospital, a university or a government agency. Check your school's, employer's, funder's and visa rules on outside work before you apply, and report this work wherever they ask you to.
- If you buy or help choose research software or equipment for your employer, you earn lab credit instead of cash.
- Purchases by your own institution earn nothing.
The rules
- Every time you share your link, say that you earn a commission.
- If you post a video yourself, say that we paid you.
- Do not buy through your own link, or buy search ads that use our names.
- Use sample data in screen recordings, and never show real participants, children or patients.
- We can change the rate, and we email you first.
- Either of us can end the agreement at any time. From then on you earn nothing new, even from labs already signed up through you. We still pay what you earned before then once it clears, even under $100, unless you broke the terms.
